Commissions
Although I am best known for my horse and animal sculpture, I don’t put limits on the subjects I accept. Over the years I have made many different sculptures and I enjoy the individual challenges each presents. I enjoy researching historical and otherwise unfamiliar subjects and I have had the pleasure of producing sculptures as diverse as silver presentation pieces for the Royal Navy to the original ‘Brit’ award.”

Gill’s Commissions Over The Years Have Been Many – They Range From The Highest Achievers In The Equestrian Sport To Much Loved Family Pets. Gill Works In All Sizes From Small To Monumental In Scale.
Gill has worked for many private clients – including members of The Royal Family – as well as working on a variety of corporate and architectural projects, including door furniture for Chloe boutique and sculpture for Emirates flight lounges.
Other commissions include Badminton winners Sir Wattie and Middle Road; Derby winners Rainbow Quest, Dancing Brave, and the life sized Motivator at Ascot Racecourse as well as many dogs and other animals.

Gill is undoubtedly the most talented sculptors of her generation, that we have come across. She manages somehow not only to give her work a great sense of movement, but also make them wonderfully tactile.
Of the various pieces we have been fortunate enough to have collected as a family, from a life size Galapagos tortoise to more regular size pieces, I can truly say that each time I stop and really look at them again, I enjoy them even more.
